Jeremy is the author of Future Hospitality; a book that illuminates the importance of brand strategy for hospitality businesses in helping them create impactful guest experiences. His book has received international acclaim and has even been used as a course curriculum at Cornell University’s Graduate Course: Hospitality Vision and Concept Design.

Brand strategist and partner at Longitude°, a hospitality branding and design group, Jeremy has had the privilege of working alongside hospitality and real estate companies such as Hyatt, Blackstone, JLL, 21c Museum Hotels, Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Turtle Bay Resort, F Street Hospitality, IDM Hospitality Management, Azul Hospitality Group, and many independent hotels.

As a thought-leader, fully immersed in the hospitality and travel industry, Jeremy is an honored Education Committee Member at The Boutique & Lifestyle Leaders Association (BLLA). He has also spoken and presented at a variety of events and seminars for hospitality associations including Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA), Global Hospitality Club, Hospitality Talks, and more.

Of the numerous hospitality projects Jeremy has been involved in, he’s most energized by developments that are unique, boutique, and independently branded. He enjoys developing brands that have a brave, bold voice and working alongside owners that have an interesting, authentic story to tell.

Jeremy is thoughtful and strategic throughout every step of his involvement in development; from determining project feasibility to concept development; from defining the brand position to creating a sense of place and envisioning the guest experience; he advises clients with careful thought, passion, and intention.

Jeremy is also a licensed Commercial Real Estate agent through the Missouri Real Estate Commission (MREC) and REALTOR® through the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Under the brokerage firm, Alpha Commercial Realty, he assists clients with site selection, acquisition, and property sales. With his experience and knowledge of commercial real estate development, he’s able to provide his clients with industry-leading insights and perspectives which help them make informed decisions.
